We stayed for two weeks in July 05 at the Iberostar Tucan and even had to spend 17 hours in a hurricane shelter due to Hurricane Emily. Thank god we were there for 2 weeks. It was a wonderful vacation, even with the hurricane. The Mexicans had the resort up and running in record time. In March 2009, my husband and I came and stayed at the Barcelo Maya.
